Terms and Conditions


  • All flowers are delivered in appropriate boxes for safe transportation.
  • Wedding flower arrangement set up – If you would like us to deliver your flower arrangements and ensure that they are correctly set up and make any last minute adjustments, we can arrange them to be delivered and assembled. There is a charge for this service which is calculated on distance travelled and time spent assembling the flowers.
  • Funeral tributes are delivered to the undertakers early on the morning of the funeral date or the evening before.
  • If flowers are collected, once the flowers leaves our premises the flowers are then the full responsibility of our customers.

Payment Methods

  • Cheques made payable to ‘Finesse Floral Designs’.
  • Bank transfer.

Payment Conditions
Wedding Flowers, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is taken at the time of ordering. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to wedding when all flowers are confirmed.

Funeral flowers, all funeral tributes are paid in full at time of ordering.

Occasion flowers, if being delivered orders must be paid in full prior to delivery and if being collected payment due then.

Cancellations & Refunds
For any cancellations of wedding flowers within 14 days of wedding date you will be required to pay the full amount for the flowers whether or not you take delivery of them.

In exceptional circumstances (such as a family emergency) we reserve the right to cancel flower arrangements at any time. No charges will be made, and all money paid will be refunded but no compensation will be payable should this occur.

Any flowers collected should be inspected to ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the premises. No refunds will be given for damage caused by the customer.

Orders should be placed in advance before the required delivery date. All flowers used are top grade quality that is transported through the Dutch auctions.
